Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Relationship Building:
• Promote and sell Trinity Health's medical insurance products and services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, and your book of business.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of Trinity Health's medical insurance offerings and stay informed about industry trends.
• Client Education and Support:
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding Trinity Health's products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proven experience in medical insurance sales or a related field. Preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
