Looking for a Sales Representative with a "new business or hunt mentality". Cold calls, business to business sales, clients willing to follow you-- are all musts. Must have experience in West Texas/ San Antonio area and have accounts ready to go. Competitors are Woodgroup, Crosby, Danos, Renegade, Crosby, Shamrock, Island, S3 ETC.
* Ideal candidate will have some established clients they are able to bring to the table within the first 4 months of hire-on dealing with the Upstream Production Side or Midstream Side of the oilfield- specifically clients needing "hat contractors", "Production Personnel", Hitch or Rotational Personnel or other Permanent Skilled Tradesmen dedicated to servicing clients similar to Chevron, BP, Pioneer, Endeavour, Hilcorp, Oxy, Independent Oil Companies, or Midstream companies such as Energy Transfer or Plains All American. As well as I&E, electrical, production surface, mechanical and water transfer contacts.
* Prior Experience with a company vehicle and company credit card is a major plus as it comes with this position. ( Monthly Expense reports a must)
* Generate new MSAs to create a working base of potential Customers to Target
* Use MSAs to continue/ saturate Business Development for our organization
* Utilizes current contacts with relevant oilfield producers across Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma, etc. to bring in new revenue at a reasonable profit
* Network with current contacts as well as cold call new contacts to expand business portfolio as well as generate revenue for company
* Works with Marketing for Organization on Social Media, Professional Sites, Obtaining Logo'd Materials including giveaways such as ball caps etc. , Banners for Tents, Flooding Market with our Business cards at numerous oilfield events and other campaigns.
* Participates in oilfield events as networking and BD opportunities, (willing to discuss which oilfield groups and charities you are currently involved in) and sharing other groups you want to expand into
* Cold Calls resulting in the Scheduling of New Meeting Appointments off of your Linkedin, overlooked resources in Salesforce or other sources you have at your disposal
* Willing to document your meetings and calls in Salesforce to track your progress and accomplishments
* Capable of your own rate negotiation and documentation with approval from management teams
* Using good judgement to participate in reasonable entertainment opportunities with current and potential clients including breakfasts, lunches and dinners where applicable.
* Able to create a budget, receive approval and execute entertainment events for current and potential clients including fishing teams, shooting teams, and other relevant outings that are ethically feasible.
* Handle Paperwork for clients, projects, and contractors
* Ability to help out recruitment team when necessary to meet with potential Employees of Rogue and Help Handle recruitment process, Interview, Solicit, rate negotiation, and collect resumes in order to fulfill your promises to client
* Work with Operations Team to Generate Bids for Potential 1099 Projects on the Mechanical, Fabrication, Electrical or light Construction side ( Only about 5-10% of your business)
* Expand our presence into the Delaware/ Permian/ Eagleford/ Offshore Upstream Markets
* Typical client meeting goal should range between 8-15 a week

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
