Our products are used by the brands you know and love for the products that you see and use daily: cosmetics, personal care, beverages, food (our personal favorite), technology, entertainment, and even cannabis (we wont tell your parents). Were hiring for a superhero, also known around here as a: Inside Sales Representative! What exactly does this position entail, you ask? Well, in addition to the standard battery of magic tricks and superhuman feats that we expect of all our teammates, this position will have primary responsibility to ensure that customersboth internal and externalare delighted with our products and service. If thats not specific enough for you, try this list on for size:

• Have an extensive knowledge of Case Makes laminates, including customers, raw materials, suppliers, and marketplace applications
• Support customers with requests for quote, including pricing, availability, and lead time in accordance with company objectives
• Work cooperatively with business operations (supply chain, production) to achieve customer service and sales goals
• Provide full-service support to Case Makes customers in order to continually enhance our customer satisfaction
• Enter all customer orders and ensure order entry accuracy and ERP data integrity
• Understand issues stemming from customer complaints/claims and communicate root cause and countermeasures to customers
• Other duties as assigned (of course we would add this one!)

Do you have what it takes?

Were ideally looking for a teammate with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in manufacturing operations, customer service, and/or continuous improvement. It would be super if you had experience in a manufacturing environment and even better if you have worked in packaging, print, or web handling. Wed love it if youve had previous management or leadership positions. This experience will help you to move quickly up the learning curve (we will avoid any tired clichs like hit the ground running).

Youll impress us if you have a college degree in related field (business, supply chain management, industrial/mechanical engineering, statistics/mathematics, etc.) -OR- if you have commensurate work experience in related discipline(s) and/or relevant certifications. Your educational background should provide you the tools and ideas you need in order to know what makes a world-class service organization, but if you dont have the formal book learning, we still value the hard work, experience, curiosity, and best practices you can bring from other positions and workplaces.

If youd like American soul singer Freddie Scott to serenade you with his classic song You Got What I Need, youre going to have to bring the following skills to the table (or be able to climb up that learning curve quickly!):

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Intermediate Excel skills (formula calculations, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Working knowledge of and experience with ERP/MRP systems (we use AS400, so if you know that, it will help!)
• Mathematical skills in converting units of measure, calculating proportions, and using simple single variable functions
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, shifting between a variety of tasks as necessary

Lastly, some other job details: Youll need to be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship to throw you hat into the ring for this one. This job is located in Osgood, Indiana. The core working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8-5, but there may be times that other hours are required for training or coverage issues, including early mornings or evenings. All new teammates will be subject to a background check and drug screening, which results wont necessarily affect employment opportunities. While were open to all candidates, were not offering any relocation benefits at this time (sad face).
