Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Entry Level Sales Representative to join their team. As the face of our Client, you will play a crucial role in generating and building new customer relationships through direct marketing efforts in the field, at events, and over phone interactions. Your primary focus will be on introducing our client to potential customers, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers across multiple marketing verticals, effectively introducing our clients services
• Engage with homeowners, providing information about our clients organization, and helping the customer schedule a time for an in home estimate
• Attend trade shows, home shows, and networking events to represent our client to showcase our company, build relationships with attendees, and schedule leads for potential customers.
• Contact previous customers to maintain relationships and explore opportunities for repeat business, resulting in scheduling leads for customers to receive project estimates.
• Collaborate with the sales coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to the estimation process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or business/customer development preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,

• Willingness and Excited to work in an evolving department and team
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, with Weekend availability for events

Compensation and Benefits:

• On Target Earnings: $65,000 - $95,000
• $30,000 Annual Base pay
• Unlimited Bonus opportunity based on estimates produced.
