About us

Casper Mountain Motorsports is a small business located in Casper Wyoming dealing in Powersports Products. We are Wyoming's largest Powersports dealer and offer products from Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, CFMoto, Suzuki, KTM, Roxor, TrailMaster, Aluma Trailers, GPS Trailers and Kayo.

Casper Mountain Motorsports is looking for a full time sales professional.

The selling season is upon us! This is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission in a fun and inviting atmosphere.

Pay is commission based so it will vary a lot depending on performance. This is an excellent income opportunity for a motivated individual.

Previous Sales/Powersports experience is a plus but not required. If you are in the Service Industry or Retail this could be a fun change of pace.

There is the opportunity for advancement for the right person.

Work week is Tuesday-Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, utilizing effective public speaking skills
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a dealership or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Sales management experience is a plus

Pay: $52,249.00 - $59,550.00 per year
