Full description of the position

```Duties``` - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service - Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis ```Skills``` - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and secure profitable contracts - Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth - Experience in business development, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, as it will enable effective communication with a diverse customer base - Proven account management skills, including the ability to upsell products or services to existing clients - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of success in outside sales or technology sales - Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
