Job Description: Allegiance Ohio managed by ImageLink, an industry leader dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience with MRIs, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to expand and grow our business in the Cleveland area. In this exciting role, you will be empowered with the responsibility of both new business acquisition and ongoing customer relations/retention.

Specific Responsibilities of the job include:

• Identify, meet, secure and manage relationships with local referral sources increasing awareness of Allegiance Ohios imaging expertise and services.
• Distribute product and marketing information in accordance with approved guidelines to referral sources.
• Provide feedback to management on industry trends, local market conditions, challenges, programs, response to promotion, and product awareness.
• Collaborate with management team to establish goals and implement plans to enhance current skill sets and sales results.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales practices, communication and industry competitive knowledge.
• Perform company business in accordance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Other additional duties may be required as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to describe in detail what imaging and patient services the company offers and the value proposition to the customer.
• Ability to travel and conduct sales calls to the offices of targeted referral sources.
• Ability to work independently to meet sales quotas while still actively participating within a team environment.

Experience Required:

• Degree in a discipline related to sales, marketing, or general business strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years successful sales experience in diagnostic imaging and/or referral generation within the healthcare industry.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
