• Answer customer calls and follow-up on missed calls and social media messages
• Schedule technicians
• Offer add-on sales to customers as part of scheduling process
• Track lead sources in spreadsheet
• Handle customer issues and concerns
• Make quality check calls and ensure customer satisfaction
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour
