We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project/Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and clients. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Project/Client Manager will play a key role in driving collaboration, meeting client expectations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate project activities and tasks across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Client Communication:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and deliverables to clients.
• Address client concerns, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them to maintain client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify and address any potential budget or resource constraints.
• Work with finance and resource management teams to optimize project allocation.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular quality checks on project deliverables.
• Ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management or client management roles 2-4 years of experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience in industries such as marketing, IT, or consulting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
