MMC Land Management, a commercial land management company is currently seeking a Landscape Account Manager. The Account Manager is directly responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts where protecting and enhancing each client's landscape investment is their main focus

The successful candidate will be able to understand all client expectations and deliver results. The candidate will be an effective in building teams, working with a sense of urgency and problem solving/decision making.

Primary Responsibilities

The Account Manager is:

• responsible for developing strong client relationships and generating sales through the enhancement of landscapes for our clients by offering appropriate additional upgrades /services
• Experience in landscape maintenance and design. Must create landscape designs through the company design program
• Strong communication skills. Able to effectively communicate any landscape issues in a proactive manner, as well as helping develop and train junior team members
• Planning, scheduling and implementing the tasks of multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance on a daily basis
• Responsible for monitoring the contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements
• Will need to foster a team friendly environment

Requirements:

• Must have exceptional client-service skills, be a self-starter, and a sense of ownership of work and responsibilities
• 2+ years of experience in Landscape Management, leading multiple crews and projects
• Associate's degree in horticulture or related field; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to perform snow removal activities during the winter for additional compensation

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
