Were a family owned and operated business located in Knoxville, TN. We distribute and manufacture hog rings, staples, and tools that surpass industry standards, as well as custom solutions for the fastener industry!

Responsibilities:
- Make sales calls for existing business, as well as understand organization charts
- Cultivate new business with some traveling to new clients
- Meet assigned budget
- Provide coaching and professional development to team members in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills (will train)
- Lead demand-generation marketing activities in the assigned market for product specialty
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Establish professional relationships with key personnel for assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate customer involvement for other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management
- Maximize opportunities with key players in the industry
- Analyze competitors
Performance Measures:
- Achieve assigned and agreed monthly budgets
- Achieve assigned and agreed company margins
- Achieve product growth targets within the assigned geography or account base
- Maintains a high customer satisfaction rating that meets company standards
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
- Review specific pricing for customers for assigned accounts and submit to accounting annually
- Continuing education metric of one class, workshop, or skills training, etc., per quarter, to be approved by management
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2+ years of proven industry experience
- High sales drive
- Be proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft, OneDrive, Google, and Office365
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have an outgoing personality that enjoys talking to people
- Prioritize efficiently
- STRONG work ethic with a GO-GETTER mentality
- Ability to multi-task
- Think outside the box when faced with roadblocks
