Job Title: Bilingual Property Manager (Spanish/English) with Real Estate Experience
Location: Santa Maria, California
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Property Manager fluent in Spanish and English with experience in real estate and property management. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating property operations to ensure efficiency, communication, and safety.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage tenant relations and address their concerns promptly.
2. Oversee property maintenance and ensure its well-maintained.
3. Collect rent payments and handle lease agreements.
4. Advertise vacancies, screen tenants, and conduct property showings.
5. Ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
7. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
8. Respond to emergencies and security incidents.
9. Conduct regular property inspections and address safety concerns.
10. Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or Front Office Manager real estate
- Familiarity with property management systems, procedures, and software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with property management equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Associate Degree or higher preferred, or relevant experience in the field.
- Accounting experience is a plus.
Must have a California Realtor License
