We are seeking a full-time inside sales representative (Admissions Counselor) to help our students enroll into one of our many educational programs over the phone and in-person at our San Diego School.

Job Details:

First point of contact for interested customers inquiring about our educational programs and services in-person or over the phone. (No cold calling required).

Responsible for knowledge of all our products and services, to better serve and assist our customers.

Responsible for selling all company services, closing deals and processing payments.

Will be required to meet monthly sales quota, minimum customer interaction volumes, and closing ratios.

Responsible for strong follow-up with leads and being highly responsive and thorough in answering their questions.

Must have excellent verbal communication skills and provide great customer service & support.

Must be comfortable greeting and interacting with customers, creating rapport, and closing sales.

Requirements:

Education: Must have a high school diploma

Customer Service: 2 years

Sales Experience: 2 years

Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, strong phone and email (Outlook) skills, data entry experience, and customer service skills required.

Spanish: Required

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:30am 6:30pm // Friday 8:30am 5:00pm. Closed on the weekends.

Pay Rate: $50,000 per year + monthly sales commission

Work Location: In person, on-site
