Florida-based Exclusive Beauty Supplies, an independent distributor of professional beauty supplies, seeks an experienced outside sales rep with a history of success in building a territory. We represent some of the finest manufacturers of professional hair color and retail products for salons and spas, and we are adding one rep to cover the Palm Beach metro area. The territory is established but with considerable growth opportunity. The ideal candidate is tenacious, articulate, mature, and boasts a proven track record in outside sales (not necessarily specific to the beauty industry). We offer a generous compensation package including car allowance, cell phone, and full benefits. You provide a reliable car and the hunger to build and own your territory in our industry.

Responsibilities include:

-Expand brands within our account base of salons as well as aggressively open new accounts

-Demonstrate products and close deals

-Merchandise accounts

-Coach accounts on growing their businesses

-Provide weekly reports to your supervisor

-Manage inventory for accounts and place orders

-Attend trainings, events and meetings at company's expense

-Drive personal vehicle

The Ideal candidate must possess :

-Minimum of 12 months of recent outside sales experience with a track record of success in growing a territory

-Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

-Social media skills

-Valid drivers license with required level of automobile insurance for personal vehicle

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
