About the Role:

BrushFire Marketing is seeking dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representatives to join our community engagement team. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, connecting with homeowners to provide them with top-tier solutions. Your mission will be to foster relationships within the community, educate potential customers on the benefits of our services, and help them enjoy their outdoor living spaces to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the community through face-to-face interactions, providing personalized consultations to homeowners about needed services.

Utilize strategic sales techniques to convey the value of our solutions and secure customer commitments.

Coordinate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for increasing brand awareness in residential areas.

Leverage our world-class training program to master effective sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales, contributing to the improvement of our outreach strategies.

Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends, product knowledge and sales methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the drive to exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Pay: $77,394.00 - $82,697.00 per year
