Our firm is looking for full time PROFESSIONALS dedicated to building their business based on relationships and great customer service.

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, leasing, and selling commercial properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in real estate laws

Skills:

- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in real estate administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and organizing files
- Administrative skills to handle scheduling, appointments, and client inquiries
- Sales skills to actively promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Knowledge of real estate law to ensure legal compliance throughout transactions
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide informed advice to clients
- Customer service orientation to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with clients
