Saratoga Homes is a privately/family owned Top 100 Home Builder and we are looking to grow our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote, market, network, sell and close newly constructed homes and homes under construction
• Develop new and maintain existing relationships with Realtors
• Maintain backlog of prospects by calling, e-mailing and sending letters

Regular Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Days off are either Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday & Friday

Training:

• Training consist of 21 days straight with no days off.

Training hours are:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday- 9:00AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday- 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Pay: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
