JOB SUMMARY
Acts as a liaison between customer and production department, fostering relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Actively seeks to nurture and grow relationships and accounts.
Receives customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and past orders. Provides quotes for custom orders and keeps customers informed about the status of their job by performing the following duties personally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talks with customers by email, phone or in person about order requirements and collects production specifications for job.
- Assists customers in the selection of goods to be decorated by offering appropriate options with corresponding pricing information.
- Provides pricing information specific to each request and prepares written quotes.
- Actively seeks to foster and grow customer relationships by offering additional options and services, and regularly following up with customers ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Fills out pre-production order specification form, detailing perimeters of job, goods to be ordered, and due dates in the production software.
- Coordinates any required outsourcing for a custom request and assists in approving mock ups based on profit margin on the order.
- Handles phone inquiries for job status, estimates, orders, changes, and complaints.
- Provides customer with shipment confirmation.
- Acts as point of contact for sales that come in through coworkers, help desk, social media, website, and other referral sources.
- Attend weekly sales meetings with the Team. Attend supplier/other informative sessions to stay up-to-date on industry changes from apparel to promo products.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with Customers by email, on the phone, or in person on behalf of the Jupmode Team.
- Reaches out to past and prospective customers and follows up on existing quotes.
- Recommends corrective services to adjust errors and customer complaints.
- Handles customer complaints in person, by phone, or over email for orders handled personally and orders of co-workers.
- Facilitates and/or attends vendor meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
