We are looking for a talented sales consultant who is responsible for growing sales by providing outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK customers with in-depth knowledge of company products and services. Your main priority will be to put sales first and continually have an aggressive attitude toward sales and customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Directly and accurately input information in to Movers Who Care software to estimate cost for customers
• Makes recommendations per the customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability or customer specifications
• Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and effectively oppose any customer objections
• Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints
• Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
• All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Inside sales: 2 years (Preferred)
