Essential Functions:
Provide user application support and business analysis for internal applications including ExpressView online client portal, transaction management application, and other applications in support of the User Applications Team, which will include:
- ExpressView online client portal support, subject matter expertise and project development activity
- Provide prospect demos and client user training via WebEx
- Set up new ExpressView client accounts
- User issue triage and resolution
- Participate in application development and project activities
- Analyze, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional application requirements
- Perform system testing (UAT)- compose, maintain, and execute test scripts
- Jira ticket management within Agile project methodology
- Periodic data quality and ad-hoc reporting using Toad or other business intelligence tool
- Compose process documents and maintain user manuals
- Provide user validation support for periodic monthly Saturday code releases (typically 2 hours)
- Backup support for DealFlo transaction management application and other tools
Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
- 5+ Years related experience preferred.
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong data management with MS Office tools and advanced Excel
- Presentation & training
- Business intelligence/query building (i.e. Toad)
- Lease Accounting system knowledge
- Project management experience with Visio a plus
- Technical writing
- Clear and articulate written and oral communication skills, with strong listening skills
- Work well under pressure with time sensitive transactions
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fluid environment
- Exceptional Customer Service handling
- Professional demeanor/positive disposition
- Must be able to interact with all user levels and clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Technical aptitude
- Travel-less than 5%
- Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Preferred location Duluth GA, Charlotte NC, or Chicago IL
