This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Companys Corporate Office locations in Beverly Hills, California or Scottsdale, Arizona.
Project Name is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Sales Department.
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience to clients.Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: o Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and preferences. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Property Presentations: o Showcase properties to potential buyers, providing detailed information on features, benefits, and market value. o Conduct property tours and highlight unique selling points. Market Analysis: o Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory. o Conduct comparative market analyses to assist clients in determining property values. Listing and Advertising: o Assist sellers in listing their properties by gathering necessary information, taking photographs, and creating compelling listings. o Implement effective advertising strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers. Negotiation: o Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients. o Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Documentation: o Prepare and review real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and closing statements. o Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and in compliance with legal requirements. Networking: o Attend networking events, open houses, and industry functions to expand your professional network. o Collaborate with other real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, and service providers. Client Services: o Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process. o Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Real Estate License: o Active real estate license in the relevant state. Education: o High school diploma or equivalent. Additional real estate education or certifications are a plus. Experience: o Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. New or aspiring agents are welcome. Sales Skills: o Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. o Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients. Local Market Knowledge: o Familiarity with the local real estate market, neighborhoods, and property values. Technology Proficiency: o Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools. Motivated and Ambitious: o Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Ethical Conduct: o Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to fair and honest dealings with clients. Additional Requirements Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members. Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
