Warrior Insurance is an independent personal and commercial lines insurance agency based in Monument, CO. We have a team based approach to our office setup and really try to keep staff focused in their areas of strength. We are currently looking for new team members to help with the growth we are experiencing.

If you are driven by personal success, highly self-motivated, and desiring an opportunity to work in a fast passed and fun environment, we might be a good fit for you.

Our current position opening is for a Licensed Insurance Agent.

Qualifications:

- Current P&C insurance license

- 3 years or more experience as a P&C producer or CSR

- Self-motivated personality

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong customer focus

- Results driven

- Excellent attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

- Inbound and Outbound insurance sales

- Build and maintain a strong business relationship with new and existing clients

- Work closely with clients to address their questions and resolve their issues

- Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer service

- Cross sell insurance products

- Re-shop clients needing an insurance change
