Diamond R Equipment is seeking the right person for our Sales position! We're a locally owned Agriculture/Landscape equipment dealership. We sell tractors, zero turn mowers, construction equipment & agriculture implements/attachments. We're looking for someone that is self-motivated, organized, personable and willing to learn & grow with us.

Responsibilities

Sales role at Diamond R Equipment consists of but is not limited to:

• Be knowledgeable about the product.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Assist customers with financing options.
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Maintain & organize sales documentation.
• Collaborate with service & parts departments to complete sales.
• Maintain showroom & outdoor lot organization.
• Must be a deal closer and except every deal as challenge.
• Maintain social media sites, including Facebook and Website.
• Willing to make visits to customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience with agriculture/landscape equipment.
• Sales & customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
