Santucci Associates - Sales Support

Company Overview

Santucci Associates is an established specialty food broker headquartered in suburban Philadelphia. We specialize in selling specialty and natural foods through distributors to retail grocery stores. The business operates on the East Coast, and the Company is known for our fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Position Summary

We are currently seeking additional sales support staff to join our team in the Bucks County office. This multifaceted position will provide exposure to various aspects of the food brokerage business, working closely with the sales team. The primary responsibilities working within the many portals and distributor sales team member involve selling our brands through the distributor /retail grocery channel throughout the East Coast.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and sales team members.
• Utilize third-party portals for efficient promotional processing, data management and Deduction processing.
• Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint, providing backup information and data.
• Assist in managing relationships with customers and vendors.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales support or similar role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and third-party portals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Comfortable working with third-party portals.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights is helpful.
