Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential customers, and helping them understand the benefits of our products and services. Your goal will be to drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that improve their homes and lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Understand and present our product portfolio effectively.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Access to reliable transportation for travel within the designated sales territory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
