Sales Representative

This position is responsible for the direct management of a team of individuals who have field performance expectations including new business acquisition & exceptional service to our existing active client base. Sales Representatives work closely with our recruiting dept to help train and develop new recruits. They also are a direct line of support and guidance for their respective team members. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.

Primary duties:

Development of new representatives.

Training of new representatives.

Monitoring daily activity of assigned team

Daily & Weekly reports on field activity.

Weekly Recruitment.

New Hire assessment.

Prerequisites:

Minimum 2 Years in a leadership role (preferred, not required).

Minimum 1 year experience in business prospecting. (preferred, not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:
