Note: this job requires regular air travel in various states, living near a hub airport is a necessity. On average this position is traveling 6 nights (9 days) per month.
Purpose: Reporting to the Sales Director, the Outside Sales Rep., also known as, Practice Growth Analyst (PGA) works to expand chrisads ever increasing client services and care. The PGA is highly motivated and excels in building long term relationships with client accounts, and works to continually build territory.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assumes an outside sales role approximately 2 weeks per month, while adopting an
inside account management role approximately the other 2 weeks per month.
Provides marketing guidance throughout clients tenure with chrisad; promptly
addresses all clients needs to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Strives for 100% client retention.
Demonstrates confidence and convinces clients to follow chrisad guidelines; cites
marketplace research and provides statistical reasons to stimulate compliance.
Identifies and alleviates any existing roadblocks that prohibit clients practices from
achieving maximum growth in both production and new patient flow by utilizing tools
including but not limited to secret shopper calls, practice statistics and near-by client
examples.
Experience:
A bachelors degree is required. A graduate degree is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year experience in sales.
A proven track record in closing sales and building client relationships.
Excellent communication and follow through skills with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry, dental industry, pharmaceutical industry or marketing is a plus, but not required.
A willingness to travel on a consistent, regular basis.
History of solid business relationships of trust and value with assigned clients.
