Welcome to Highland Roofing & Construction! Were a locally and family owned roofing and construction company located in Ohio. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready to take their income to the next level. This position is COMMISSION ONLY.

We provide you with all the training and resources that you need in order to reach your full potential - at Highland Roofing & Construction, our industry-leading commission structure enables top salespeople to make $200,000+ per year!

We are currently seeking sales professionals that are CLOSERS (or prepared to become one).

In many cases, restoration is covered by insurance is a no-brainer for homeowners and is covered by insurance in most cases! If you're confident in your sales ability, THIS is the position for you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Go door-to-door in order to schedule appointments and survey roofs, providing a consultative sales approach.
• Work your way up to growing your own sales team - there's unlimited upward mobility here!
• Communicate with customers and prospects to ensure that they understand the services necessary to upgrade or restore their home.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

1) Not afraid to knock on doors and make money

2) Ability to control a conversation and build rapport with prospective clients

3) Be confident and self-motivated

5) Door to door sales experience preferred, but not required!

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
