Regional Access Seeks Food and People loving customer service specialist to join our sales team.

The gig:

At Regional Access we create connections through food by championing quality producers and practitioners and celebrating the shared experience great food brings to us all.

As a member of our team, youll be supporting existing relationships and creating new ones. We seek an outgoing individual who is familiar with and interested in learning about an extensive variety of local, specialty and natural foods, the producers, and stories behind them. Our goal is to provide a direct conduit to successful sourcing and procurement for our partners that include retailers, restaurants, institutions and individual consumers.

Youll learn about the logistics, rationale and needs of a wide array of businesses and become their advocate and agent for success. Our process is one dependent on a high level of accurate and timely information across multiple departments and deadlines.

Order processing, phone outreach, emailing and interoffice apps will be your primary modes of communication. As you grow into this position, some off site visits and community outreach may be possible. You will be responsible for relationships with customers across the northeast and expected to learn their needs and work to grow their sales.

Interested in leveraging your skills and experience to make a difference in local food systems and being an impactful member of a small team.

Computer savvy across varying systems?

Food systems, service, retail or restaurant experience and knowledge a huge plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
