Outside Sales Representative - Water Star USA

Water Star USA, a Utah-based company, specializes in premium water coolers, ice machines, and custom water systems. We're expanding our team and looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help us grow. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on various industries by promoting healthier, more eco-friendly workplace environments.

Role Overview:

This is a 100% commission-based B2B sales role, perfect for driven sales professionals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You will be on the front lines, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored water & ice services that support their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
• Conduct on-site visits to potential clients, presenting our water cooler and ice machine options.
• Develop relationships with a diverse clientele, from small businesses to large corporations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Who You Are:

• A self-motivated individual with a strong sales background and a proven track record in commission-based roles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the water cooler and ice machine industry is a plus, but not required.
• The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and achieve results.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
