Full description of the position

Our organization located in NJ is currently and confidentially seeking a Sales Counselor who will be responsible for the sales process and closing sales for prospective residents of Independent and Assisted Living. The Sales Counselor will assist the Sales Director in fulfilling and maintaining the occupancy/sales goals for the community, enhancing the community image, and ensuring the satisfaction of current and prospective residents.

Qualified candidates for the Sales Counselor role with have an associate degree or equivalent with 2 or more years of sales experience in the senior service industry with a focus on CCRC, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing along with a working knowledge of MS Office, and industry specific software. Preferred candidates will possess a bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

The Sales Counselor position offers a competitive salary and full benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
