San Diego Electric Bike is the Original Electric Bike shop of San Diego County.

Since 2008, we have been supporting our community as they adopt the electric bike lifestyle. Our core values are honesty, fairness and positive leadership. Our industry is growing fast and we want to share the excitment and joys of riding electric bicycles.

Currently, we are looking for E-Bike Enthusiasts to join our team as Sales Associates. We have part-time and full-time posisitions available at our Solana Beach location.

As a customer service and sales associate at San Diego Electric Bike you will learn:
- The industry fundamentals of electric bikes and how they operate.
- Our 3 stage framework for helping customers find their dream bike!
- Tips and tricks on how to better your own e-bike riding experience.
- How to be an effective part of a team within the E-Bike industry.

At San Diego Electric Bike, our ideal customer service and sales associate must potray the following characteristics:
- Be sociable; be willing and able to talk to a variety of people.
- Be able to make prospective customers feel welcome and comfortable.
- Be outgoing and eager to make connections with people.
- Have a great work ethic in terms of sales; willing to put themselves out there in order to succeed.
- Able to have conversations and listen to prospective customers.
- Able to develop strong product knowledge in order to help guide customers to their dream bike.
- Be eager to learn and grow into the position.

At San Diego Electric Bike, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Excited and passionate about bicycles and/or electric bikes.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and close sales.
- Basic understanding of bicycles and what their benefits are.
- Proven ability to become a product knowledge expert.
- Proven ability to work with Point of Sale systems and utilize computers as effective tools.

San Diego Electric Bike is a small team of closeknit individuals with a common goal. The owner works daily in the shops, side-by-side all team members. Each person is responsible for contributing to the overall success of our team.
