Our client, a company offering eco-friendly energy solutions, is looking for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/hour (Plus potential for bonus and commission!)

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative:

• Generating and managing company sales leads via marketing channels and more
• Getting consultants booked for estimate appointments
• Heavy phone communication for inbound and outbound sales calls
• Responding in a timely manner to customer inquiries and requests
• Managing the Customer Service Representatives to help meet company goals

Skills and Experience of the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative:

• Experience in Sales or Customer Service within the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) - Strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused mindset
• Be self motivated and have a positive attitude
