Automotive BDC Representative
Conicelli Autoplex - Conshohocken, PA

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in customer communication? We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused Automotive BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our dynamic team. Get your foot in the door and advance your career with a family owned and operated business.

Hourly wage plus monthly bonus structure. The compensation ranges from $45,000 up to $60,000.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

2. Lead Management:

• Manage and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
• Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate departments for further action.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

• Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest automotive products, features, and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate product information to customers and address any questions or concerns.

CRM Utilization:

• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and streamline communication processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the automotive industry but not necessary. We will train.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
