The Bystol Agency has been serving the surrounding communities for over 19 years. We are a growing company in search of a highly analytical and professional salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will consult with current and prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.

All sales leads are provided with no cold calling!

Job Qualifications:

• Highly effective communication skills
• Confident self starter who works well independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with existing clients
• Effective time management skills
• Goal-oriented individual
• Coachable and eager to learn
• This position requires a property & casualty license

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new business utilizing lead sources provided
• Develop insurance quotes and present to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our policyholders
• Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage
• Complete new business onboarding
• Conduct annual insurance reviews

Compensation Package:

• Total compensation which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses range from $60,000-$90,000
• Commission

• Office Hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
