Dynamic Sales Specialist for Custom Thermal Insulation & Refrigerants

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead generation through various channels, converting incoming sales leads into successful sales outcomes.

- Tailor custom proposals and quotations based on client needs, showcasing our unique product offerings.

- Offer product knowledge and technical support, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project and quotation delivery success.

- Forge and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring first-rate service and support.

- Drive the entire sales process, from lead to close, to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.

- Continually assess and respond to customer needs, contributing actively to sales strategy and market expansion efforts.

Who You Are:

- You possess a Bachelors degree and have a proven sales track record of 5-7 years, ideally in the cold chain industry or related fields.

- Your understanding of technical product aspects is thorough, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients about our solutions.

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong abilities in Excel for custom order pricing and quotations.

- Your communication skills are excellent, and you excel in building customer relationships, upselling, and negotiating.

- You have a proven ability to meet sales quotas and contribute positively to our sales strategy and profitability.

- You are detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team, and can handle sensitive information with integrity.

- Willingness to travel (approximately 3-5 times per year) is essential.
