In Order to Join Our Team, You Must:

• Have an active real estate license
• Substantial lead follow-up; phone, text, email
• Showing properties
• Previewing properties
• Following and maintaining appropriate systems
• Presenting offers
• Writing contracts
• Hosting open houses

As a Real Estate Agent, You Will Be:

• Networking and prospecting, using KW's proven systems and models
• Showing properties and working with home buyers
• Marketing properties and working with home sellers

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cincinnati, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
