We're an extremely fast-growing residential roofing company with the goal of being the best in the country and having a lot of fun getting there.

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of commissioned sales experience (preferably outside of the roofing industry)
• Entrepreneurial with a strong desire to help us build and grow an elite company
• Hungry and Driven to achieve goals
• Proven track record of self-discipline
• High level communication skills
• Loves sales and helping people
• Authentic and good at building rapport
• Comfortable door knocking and learning how to inspect roofs

What the job looks like:

• Canvas neighborhoods and door knock (40+ doors/day) to get roof inspections
• Assist homeowners with filing claims
• Work with homeowner and insurance carriers to get claims approved
• You will have a lot of assistance during the claims process helping to get roofs approved
• All training and safety equipment will be provided
• You will need reliable transportation to canvass the Nashville-Franklin-Murfreesboro area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
