Work Environment: NGL offers a flexible work environment where employees can work fully remote, hybrid or onsite at our Madison, Wis. office. We support virtual working arrangements in certain states outside of WI.
A Day in the Life:
Develops and implements employee-focused change management strategies, meant to improve company effectiveness and drive business results through thoughtful use of employee resources. This position also produces relevant process documentation and training programs to support business programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with business teams to identify opportunities for strategic change.
- Designs new processes or operating models and creates timelines and project plans detailing the implementation process, specifically focusing on how employees' work will change.
- Engages senior management in the communication of changes to employees.
- Identify gaps in employee knowledge or competency needed to support future-state processes and recommends development programs.
- Develops training materials to support business processes for consistent process.

Education Requirements:
- Minimum: 2 Year / Associates Degree
- Degree in Business
- Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Related field
Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of office experience in Business and Change Management.
