Store Sales Consultant ($4,000 - $7,000 +/month)

Core Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop, plan, implement, and manage all sales and marketing activities to maximize sales and profits consistent with the goals of the company.

• Responsible for meeting current sales metrics and goals
• Responsible for adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by Corporate.
• Responsible for executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals
• Responsible for handling customer service issues.
• Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Must accurately track inventory and receive shipments into store location.
• Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining store standards and appearance as established by Corporate.
• Must be able to work independently in a retail store front.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift, unload, and load out heavy mattress sets (approx. 100 lbs. lifting capacity).**
• Minimum five years Sales experience
• Commission sales of products a plus.
• Self-motivated, prioritizes tasks and works independently with minimal supervision.
• Adequate Computer Skills.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation is $4,000 to $7,000 +/month (approximately $70K to $80K year)
