The right candidate will oversee the south/south central texas areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Development: Identify growth opportunities within customer accounts by assessing their current needs, engaging with key customers and company personnel, and discerning additional requirements and potential opportunities.
- Sales Initiatives: Kickstart the sales process by fostering meaningful relationships, qualifying prospects, and scheduling productive appointments.
- Account Management: Nurture and maintain existing customer accounts while effectively communicating the success and value our business brings to our clients.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals while adhering to budget constraints.
- Closing Deals: Skillfully close sales by overcoming objections and efficiently preparing contracts.
- Technical Support Collaboration: Generate work requests for technical support related to new business development.
- Data Accuracy: Review chemical delivery sheets for precision and initiate necessary changes.
- Work Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate sold projects through our office staff and operations team.
- CRM Proficiency: Enter and maintain data within the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Calendar Updates: Keep the scheduled work updated via the company calendar.
- Travel Commitment: Be willing to travel regularly as part of the job.
- Safety Focus: Uphold the company's safety objectives.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry knowledge is advantageous but not obligatory.
