Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize room bookings, banquet events, and catering services (if applicable).
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients.
• Collaborate with the regional sales team to create promotional materials and participate in trade shows or industry events to enhance the hotel's visibility.

Financial Management:

• Provide input on the annual sales and catering budget, monitor financial performance, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to optimize revenue and profitability.

Customer Relations:

• Foster positive relationships with clients by ensuring prompt and effective communication, problem resolution, and exceptional customer service.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Must have minimum of 2 years of sales experience with Marriott or Hilton.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
