We are seeking exceptional candidates for Investment Sales in the Greater Boston region.

All new associates, whether experienced or new to the commercial real estate industry, will be provided extensive training and mentorship with senior associates and principals. Responsibilities

Build relationships with building owners and identify potential new business opportunities

Gain understanding of investment valuation with CRE analytic tools and financial modeling

Learn to prepare and assist in presentations to prospective clients

Grow market specialization through training, research, and transaction management

Deal with a high volume of outgoing calls and emails, prioritizing and organizing your schedule appropriately

Achieve success as a business development associate with a senior investment sales team

Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Highly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional communicative skills

Strong relationship builder; positive and persuasive personality

Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent people skills and ability to work within a team

Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based tools and research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newton, MA 02458: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
