Licensed Personal Insurance Account Manager

We are growing our amazing team of insurance professionals and are presently seeking a personal insurance account manager. Established local, family owned, business, with over 40 years of service in SLO County.

Responsibilities include:

• Inside Sales - convert warm leads (no cold calling)
• Problem solving - finding solutions for difficult to place personal insurance risks including high net worth clients, hobby farms, and wildfire exposures
• Manage client service for specific book of business
• Market accounts to ensure clients have best terms - coverage first, price second
• Following up with clients and/or insurance companies for additional information
• Explain and make coverage recommendations to prospects and clients based on their individual needs

Qualifications:

• Must hold valid CA Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Problem solver not problem reporter

Pay and Benefits:

Salary plus commission. Competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401k, PTO, life/vision/dental, flexible schedule.
