Job Title: Timber Frame Sales and Project Manager- COMMISSION AND BONUSES

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for outdoor living and sales? We're looking for a talented Sales and Project Manager who gets excited about performance based pay to join our team!

As a rapidly growing player in the Timber Frame industry, we are seeking motivated Sales and Project Managers to drive sales growth and manage projects with finesse.

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts while also taking charge of project management responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales acumen, leadership skills, and project management expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. While this position is paid commission, you will be stepping into an established market with a healthy sales history.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meets and exceeds the clients expectations.
• Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their expectations.
• Design Recommendation: Meet with clients and propose timber frame solutions to their outdoor living needs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our in-house designer, engineering, and fabrication team, to ensure seamless project execution. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in construction sales with a focus on commission-based compensation.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices... Ideally with trade specific knowledge in timber framing.
