Full description of the position

Duties:

- Community Outreach to secure Medicaid Waiver Clients

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure family Caregivers are secured for each referred Medicaid Waiver Client

Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- enjoys talking and working with people

- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation

- Strong knowledge of acute care practices and procedures

- Ability to assess, evaluate, and monitor patient conditions accurately

- Knows how to navigate and create content on social media platforms

- creative mindset to look into new ways to generate more business

Requirements:

- Proven track record to bring referred Medicaid Waiver Clients to Company

- Minimum 5 years sales and/or marketing experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must have experience with the Medicaid Waiver process

- valid drivers license and willing to drive to visit new leads/clients and attend marketing events

- must have a flexible schedule

Work Location: Working in our main office in Norristown In person as well as on the road

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
