Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and sell to customers
- Experience with cash handling is desirable
