### Job Summary:

P&C.

We are seeking a P and C licensed and experienced auto/home/life Insurance producer to join our team who has a NATIVE LEVEL OF MANDARIN CHINESE and English skills. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a sales-focused role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Our office is located in Temecula CA. We are opening our search for applicates located in Los Angeles and San Diego as well. Applicant must be able to drive to our office for at least one full week of training. If applicant shows strong grasp of learning the quoting software and their residence is a far distance away, applicant may be able to work from home.

### Duties:

- Using Wechat to market to Chinese prospects
- Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Analyze client's current policies and make recommendations for additional coverage or policy changes
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

### Experience:

- Native level of Mandarin Chinese.
- At least one year of insurance sales experience.
- Currently licensed to sell P and C insurance in CA.
- Proficient in using sales administration tools and software
