Job Title: Powersports Backend Sales Specialist (Non-Commission Pay)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Powersports Backend Products Specialist. This role is unique in that it doesn't rely on commission-based compensation, but instead focuses on providing excellent service and promoting backend products to enhance our customers' product knowledge and purchase experiences.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, building rapport and trust throughout the sales process.

Present and sell a range of backend products and services, including but not limited to extended warranties, service contracts, battery protection, tire and wheel protection, each tailored to each customer's requirements.

Educate customers on the benefits and value of backend products, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly integrate backend products into the sales process, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and compliance regulations related to powersports backend products.

Utilize effective techniques and strategies to maximize revenue opportunities while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role within the powersports industry is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.

Demonstrated ability to sell backend products and services, with a focus on providing value and meeting customer needs.

Knowledge of powersports vehicles, equipment, and accessories is desirable.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
