Diamond Inside Sales, Buyer and Planner Job Description:

Diamond Casting & Machine Company is a leading supplier of quality castings dating back to 1955. Today, Diamond Casting produces superior die castings, permanent mold castings and other machined products including explosion proof, pressure tight, finned heat sinks, and very low porosity products.

Position Brief:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you would be selling products to new and existing customers. Main duties include maintaining customer relationships, processing and tracking orders, and exploring potential sales opportunities.

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty

• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

• Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer

• Update customers on status of existing orders and quality reviews.

• Evolve and enhance sales skills to increase sales success rates

Also responsible for Purchasing and assisting with other administrative responsibilities

Qualifications:

-Proven sales experience a plus
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Good time management is required, with attention to detail
-Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
-Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications, as well as computer skills
-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
-Energetic and positive attitude

The position offers a competitive base salary with growth potential commensurate with performance.
